With the colder weather setting in, we know that opportunities to enjoy the outdoor spaces in Ann Arbor might take a little more planning. The Diag is always open and available, as are the parks and open spaces managed by the City of Ann Arbor. Alongside that, if you’re looking for a warm and welcoming spot to be inside, Ann Arbor also has a whole variety of cafes and meeting places to hang out. There’s Ondo on State Street, on the edge of The Diag and close to the State St Theater. You could also try Misfit Society on East University, right in heart of a lot of student housing. If you want to venture slightly further afield, Hyperion Coffee and Roos Roast are also popular options. And let’s not forget Cannelle, an authentic French patisserie located on Washington St in downtown Ann Arbor.
