March brings spring weather, basketball tournaments, and students starting to make plans for summer and fall. This month’s newsletter has lots of helpful information on what’s happening on campus, as well as many great off-campus resources.

NCAA Tournament and Spring Sports

The arrival of spring means the start of the NCAA basketball tournament, and the Madness of March! As well as this, there is a full schedule of spring athletics now underway, including baseball, softball, track and field, and many more.

Beyond The Diag Stay In The Blue bagel giveaway

As part of coordinated efforts to reduce the risk of harm in our community, teams across the university are working together to offer opportunities to engage, connect, have fun and pick up all kinds of goodies! On March 15 and 17, Beyond The Diag will be hosting its annual Stay in the Blue Bagel events from 10:00am to 1:00pm.

Empowerment Self Defense program

U-M students, faculty and staff are invited to take control of their personal safety by learning physical and verbal strategies to counter violence through our empowerment self-defense workshops.

Ann Arbor Leasing Ordinances - Spring 2025 updates

Over the last few years, the City of Ann Arbor has introduced several local ordinances related to property rentals. These ordinances are intended to give renters more control over their options, and reduce the confusion and stress that can sometimes come with trying to find rental housing.
