The University of Michigan’s Central Student Government provides a transit service called Airbus that takes students between Ann Arbor and Detroit Metro airport before and after breaks. Airbus operates during all official university breaks, with many available dates and times making it flexible and easy to fit into most schedules. Here are some key pieces of information about the service:
Bus Stops: Bursley Hall on North Campus, the Observatory in front of Alice Lloyd Hall, and State St. and Madison across from the Law Quad on Central Campus.
Once you are picked up, students are comfortably transported to the Detroit Metro Airport and the shuttle stops at both the North and the McNamara terminals.

Transport from Ann Arbor to Detroit Metro airport can only be reserved in advance for $9

Transportation from DTW to Ann Arbor will accept walk-ons for $11. It is first-come, first-served($11)

You are charged straight to your Student Account on Wolverine Access so once your seat is reserved, all you have to do is swipe your UMID card when you get on the bus!
Please note - per current government guidelines, you are required to wear a mask while on the bus.
