Do you have a passion for working with students? Do you live off campus? Do you like directing students to resources that can help them? Then look no further!
Beyond the Diag is looking for off-campus students who are interested in fostering community among students who live off campus and improving communication between students, the university, and the Ann Arbor community. In addition to this, we are looking for students who can raise awareness of issues and promote positive neighbor relations with all off-campus students.
There are a few opportunities to join the Beyond the Diag team for the 2023-2024 academic year. The following positions are open, and are ready for you to apply!
- Neighborhood Ambassador: Reside in one of the near-campus neighborhoods. Our neighborhood ambassadors serve as liaisons that connect off-campus students to University resources and coordinate the planning and execution of specific events. Click here for more information and to apply
- Beyond The Diag Student Advisory Board Representative: The board representative will provide input, feedback, and accountability for the program, and give valuable perspective based on the experiences of U-M students.
