We recognize that although many students may already have a plan in place for their fall semester housing, some students are still exploring their options. These groups may include transfer students, graduate students, or other students who have recently been offered a place at the University of Michigan.
To assist with the search process, a Spring Virtual Housing Fair will take place at 10am-2pm (ET) on Thursday, May 9. The fair will be a live event, with the opportunity to chat live with local housing providers, and learn more about the current availability and off-campus housing options in and around Ann Arbor.
The fair will be hosted on our dedicated off-campus housing search website, and will include a live link to the event page during the hours of the fair. You can also use the website to search for housing and check current availability. When contacting housing providers, remember to make it clear that you are looking for a fall lease. The search website allows you to search by area, min/max rent, type of housing, amenities, and lots of other features and criteria that will help you to narrow your search results.
