Earlier this year, the Provost announced the decision to extend the Winter Break this year, to give students, staff and faculty the opportunity to have some additional time to rest and relax before returning to campus. Winter semester classes will begin on Wednesday January 10, 2024. Please keep this date in mind as you make your travel plans and prepare to return to campus. Additionally, please make your roommates aware of your travel plans, so they know when to expect you back in town.
Please also keep in mind that if you are not planning to leave Ann Arbor during the break, many university resources and support services will close for 10 days, from December 22 to January 2.
