The Dean of Students Office and Beyond the Diag are excited to announce that starting this month, Rent College Pads will be the new vendor and exclusive partner for the offcampushousing.umich.edu web platform. We are looking forward to working with Rent College Pads, which is the fastest growing company focused on student off-campus housing and which is already partnering with many institutions across the country.
Rent College Pads believes in the importance of students having access to housing that is safe, comfortable, and affordable, and will work closely with Beyond the Diag and local property managers to provide a high-quality service that centers student needs and preferences.
The off-campus housing search website is a key part of the support and resources provided to students who live off-campus by the Beyond the Diag program. The off-campus housing search website has a new look and feel, but can be accessed at the same web address: offcampushousing.umich.edu. Additional features and elements will be added to the website throughout the Fall semester. In addition, Beyond the Diag and Rent College Pads will work closely together to deliver a wide variety of informational events, activities, off-campus housing fairs, and engagement opportunities to students at U-M.
