Hello fellow Wolverines! Hopefully you have had a successful beginning to your fall semester!

One of the biggest obstacles faced when heading off to college is finding a place to call home. It is very important that you have a place where you can feel comfortable, safe, and be allowed to be the best version of yourself in order to reach your goals here at the University of Michigan. Beyond The Diag serves as a resource for those who are thinking about living off-campus. Whether it be a small apartment, large house, or anything in between, the program provides resources and support for finding housing, and also addressing concerns and issues when living off-campus. It may be the very first time you have moved out on your own, or you may simply just be looking to improve upon your housing situation from the previous school year, To learn more about the range of services and resources available through Beyond The Diag, visit offcampus.umich.edu or if you want to make use of our dedicated housing search site, go to offcampushousing.umich.edu.

We realize that this year comes with additional questions about how to safely find housing during the pandemic. Many students are currently studying away from Ann Arbor, or may not be comfortable visiting properties in-person.

Following an extremely successful first-ever Virtual Housing Fair in the summer, we will be hosting a Fall Virtual Housing Fair on Tuesday, December 8, 12:00-2:00pm. To register for the fair, please click here

The Virtual Housing Fair is designed to be a one-stop-shop for students who need more information on all of the off-campus housing options available to them in Ann Arbor. Many local housing providers will be available to answer your questions, provide information about their properties, and promote special offers and give-aways. This event will also be supported by a number of campus partners that provide a range of information and resources to students. This is a live event with no requirement to sign up; simply attend the virtual meeting and learn more about what is available to you!

We will be providing more information about the time of the event, how to sign in, and who will be attending so make sure to keep up with our social media pages! Please reach out to us if you have any questions, as always we are happy to help.
