Happy Summer to all our Wolverine family!
Housing, and where you choose to live as a student, is one of the most important parts of your overall student experience. Who you live with, and where you live, can help to shape your preferences and priorities as a student. For anyone who is considering living off-campus, Beyond The Diag serves as a dedicated program to assist. There are so many off-campus housing options to choose from, whether they are apartments, cozy duplexes, or a house on Walnut St., the leasing process may be confusing, and it might be the first time you’ve had to sign a lease of your own. Beyond The Diag is the University’s off campus housing program within the Dean of Students Office and was developed to improve off-campus safety resources, communication, and education for UM students.
On Wednesday, June 24 at 2:00pm, Beyond The Diag will be hosting its first-ever Zoom Webinar Virtual Housing Fair for any current or prospective students and their families interested in off-campus housing. It will include presentations from a number of key housing providers in Ann Arbor and will also feature a Q&A forum for participants to ask questions. We encourage you to join us and learn more about the many and varied off-campus housing options across the city.
Plus, many of the providers may be offering different giveaways and promotions, so don’t miss out on this great opportunity to find your off-campus home!

We will also be recording the event, so if you are not able to make it, you will be able to find details on the Beyond The Diag website about where and how to view it. If you have any other questions, or would like more information about off-campus housing resources, please email us.
