The University of Michigan’s Central Student Government provides a transit service called Airbus that takes students to and from the airport during busy breaks. Here are a few things to know about this service!
- Pickup locations: Bursley Hall on North Campus, the Hill area by Alice Lloyd and Markley, and the Michigan Union.
- Make Reservations for transport from Ann Arbor to the Detroit airport online for $7, or walk on for $11.
- Transport from the Detroit airport to Ann Arbor is on a first-come, first-served basis and is $11.
- You are charged straight to your Student Account on Wolverine Access so all you need to board the bus is your MCard and you are all set!
If you are leaving Ann Arbor at an earlier date than the CSG Airbus has listed, another convenient option is the MichiganFlyer.
- Single pickup location is on the corner of E. William St.and S. 4th Ave outside the Blake Transit Center.
- You can make reservations online for $12 one-way or $22 round trip, or walk on for $15 cash only.
Have a super early flight, lots of heavy bags, and/or want to travel with friends? Ann Arbor Airport Shuttle and Amazing Blue Taxi both provide door-to-door pick up and drop off service and you can split the fair with multiple people. These fairs vary by your pickup or drop off time, location, and the number of people traveling with you.
