As we reflect on the choices that shape our campus community, Michigan Dining is proud to introduce the Fill it Forward Borrow Program, an initiative that aligns everyday dining habits with our shared commitment to sustainability. Through the program, students can borrow a reusable takeout container, enjoy their meal anywhere on campus, and return the container to be cleaned and used again. This will help reduce single-use waste while maintaining the convenience and flexibility of dining on the go.
The program reflects MDining’s broader mission to increase waste diversion and create a more sustainable future for campus dining. Every reusable container helps decrease disposable packaging and contributes to charitable giving projects supported through the Fill it Forward platform, turning small actions into meaningful impact.
