Planning is already underway for U-M’s Climate Week 2026, otherwise known as UMCW26, which will take place this Fall. UMCW26 encompasses the university’s Ann Arbor, Dearborn and Flint campuses, bringing together students, staff, faculty, alumni and community members. UMCW26, which takes place Sept 26-Oct 3, offers an opportunity for participants to align around shared priorities, highlight work currently taking place, and expand future opportunities for engagement.
UMCW26 is supported by the university’s Sustainability Leadership Council, a cross-campus leadership and coordination group that was formed in 2025 to align institutional sustainability efforts.
