Kinesiology Community Programs (KCP) is pleased to announce an Empowerment Self Defense class on Wednesday, August 13. The class takes place 5:30-7:30pm at the School of Kinesiology, and is an opportunity to learn and practice empowerment self defense. The session cost is $30 per attendee.
