Rec Sports - Group-X Free Week

During the week of April 24-30, Rec Sports is offering a Group-X Free Week which highlights

a variety of Group-X classes to choose from, as well as three special classes:

 

  • Bosu conditioning
  • Cycle and barre
  • Yoga

 

Not only does this offer a great way to destress during study days and exams, but it is also something nice to do for yourself. Freshman Julia Allen is a Group-X participant and she especially enjoys the metabolic circuit class: “Group X has given me an outlet to be able

to relieve stress after a long day of classes and still be pushed to be able to do something that is

good for not only my body but also my mental health.”
