Do you have a passion for working with students? Do you live off campus? Do you like directing students to resources that can help them? Then look no further!

 

Beyond the Diag is looking for off-campus students who are interested in fostering community among students who live off campus and improving communication between students, the university, and the Ann Arbor community. In addition to this, we are looking for students who can raise awareness of issues and promote positive neighbor relations with all off-campus students.

 

There are a few opportunities to join the Beyond the Diag team for the 2024-2025 academic year. The following positions are open, and are ready for you to apply!

 

  • Graduate Assistant - this is an opportunity for a graduate student to provide support and assistance to the Program Manager, helping to lead and coordinate programming activities, program research, and identifying opportunities for development. For more details about the role and how to apply, click here.
  • Neighborhood Ambassador: Our neighborhood ambassadors serve as liaisons that connect off-campus students to University resources and coordinate the planning and execution of specific events. They also assist with office hours, write content for our monthly newsletter, and maintain Beyond the Diag’s social media presence. For more information about the role and how to apply, click here.
