If you have finals exams, make sure you still schedule time in your day to rest. Whether it be a half hour for lunch, an extra few minutes in the morning to meditate, or an afternoon workout class, scheduling time in your day to rest will make you more productive when it is time to study.
Simple habits like eating a balanced diet, getting out in the sunshine (when the sun decides to show up in Ann Arbor), and getting at least eight hours of sleep will contribute to a strong immune system!
Go Blue - and stay safe!
With U-M making the College Football Playoff for the first time ever, there’s a new opportunity to support the team, and cheer for the Maize & Blue! Many people are heading home for the break, and the game versus Georgia kicks off at 7:30pm EST on December 31. Whether you will be watching the game at home with friends and family, or whether you will be back in Ann Arbor in time to watch it with your roommates, please remember to be safe and smart. If you are considering consuming alcohol before, during or after the game, remember to Stay In The Blue.
