Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS): CAPS offers a variety of mental health services to students, free of charge, including: online screening, one-on-one appointments, group services, and workshops all of which are accessible through their website. Spectrum Center: The Spectrum Center advocates for the view of gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation as existing in multiple spectrums. Through their student advocacy board, LGBTQ and similarly identified student organization collaborations, volunteers, & newsletter the Spectrum Center aims to better support students and build a more inclusive community. Sexperteam: Using interactive presentations and activities, sexperteam educates communities across campus on sexuality and relationships. Sexperteam also participates in relationship remix along with SAPAC and UM Housing. Learn more about volunteering for Sexperteam.

Sexual Assault Prevention and Awareness Center (SAPAC): SAPAC provides education and support to the University of Michigan Community around sexual assault, intimate partner violence, sexual harassment, and stalking. Confidential advocacy services are available for survivors of all social identities and those who would like to know how to support survivors in their lives more effectively. Workshop topics include sexual assault, intimate partner violence, sexual harassment, & bystander intervention can be arranged. The peer led support group will meet this semester from 7-8:30pm in the SAPAC office, which recently moved back to the Michigan Union.

University Health Service (UHS): UHS provides a variety of confidential health services, most of which are free of charge for university students. Services include sexual assault exams, immunizations, STI testing, and many more. UHS is committed to educating the university community to improve overall wellness. You can request a program through UHS, including Sexperteam programs.

Wolverine Wellness: Aims to promote UHS and its services to the campus community and help students make more informed choices around their health. They dispatch free resources including barrier contraception, sleep kits, & smoking cessation products. Their individual services include wellness coaching, anonymous HIV testing, Individual Marijuana Education Program (IMEP), and Brief Alcohol Screening and Intervention for College Students (BASICS).
