Handle Final Exam Stress with Ease

  1. Body Peace Corps is a student organization dedicated to promoting a positive body image and solving eating disorders. They offer workshops, mentoring, and other assistance for those who are experiencing issues with body image, and work across campus to build a supportive community that does not promote stigma and biases.

  2. If you are looking for mental health resources, check out UMich’s Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS). They offer everything from individual counselling to group sessions. In addition, check out their “Wellness Zone,” open from 8am-7pm. There, you can utilize one of three massage chairs, practice yoga and meditation, use their Xbox and Kinect system, bask under some rejuvenating Seasonal Affective Disorder light therapy lights, and find a plethora of other resources!

  3. Exercise and eating right can also make a world of difference. Doing both has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and of course benefit your body. Check out the University Health System’s tips on staying physically healthy.
