With the 2016 Wolverines averaging almost 50 points per game in their first 4 Saturdays on the field, the atmosphere in the Big House these days is hard to beat. The team (the team, the team…) scored their fifth win, Saturday October 1st against the Wisconsin Badgers, with a final score of 14-7. Seniors Amara Darboh and Khalid Hill scored the two touchdowns, and senior Jourdan Lewis showcased his athleticism with a true “Jumpman” moment. His one-handed interception with just over two minutes left in the last quarter sealed the game for the Wolverine’s, now ranked number 4.

The Wolverine’s hit the road for the first time this season to play Rutgers on October 8th, who they defeated by a whopping 78 point shutout. With more away games coming up on the schedule, if you’re planning on travelling to support the team don’t forget to head over to the MDen to grab some of the new Michigan apparel!

This weekend, the Wolverine's return home to face the Fighting Illini of Illinois who are 2 and 4 so far this season. This game is also University of Michigan's Homecoming- so, as we have throughout these last six games of undefeated play, make sure you represent the University of Michigan with pride and respect. Be a respectful fan to all, those cheering ‘Go Blue!’ and the opposing team as well! Give it. Get it. Expect Respect!

Wherever you go, GO BLUE!!
