Midterms got you down? This event is a great opportunity to reduce your stress, and learn a lot about ways to promote positive wellbeing!
The CSG has planned a Wellbeing Day to showcase the wellbeing resources that are available to students. This event takes place on Sunday, October 9th, and is a pilot event that will hopefully continue to increase the focus on wellbeing amongst our students. There will be a variety of activities to participate in, as well resources and information about the support available through many campus teams.

Planned activities include meditation session with CAPS, Two 30-minute yoga sessions with Rec Sports and more activities for you and your friends. Come join us for lots of fun!
